Today I installed Creators Update, and it started the issue again. My machine worked since before I posted here. Well, here we are back to this aggravating thing. In the meantime, the short instructions are: When you configure it in Task Scheduler, use the Administrators group as the credentials, or it will silently fail. If anyone is still having problems with it, reply here and I'll post detailed instructions. It launches via the Task Scheduler, probably to get past the UAC startup barrier. It's not in startup because it's not supposed to be. However, it does seems to work every time I change the setting, but only for 1 or 2 startups. The program is not on msconfig nor is it on Startup, which is weird 'cause I had that in Startup Programs in Win 7. I'm wondering if anyone has the same problem here. Since I installed Win 10 Home on my new build, I just couldn't get GPU Tweak II to auto start when Windows starts.
